JR-Production, LLC recognizes the importance of adopting policies that reflect the missions of its company and maintaining a policy manual that is up-to-date and reflects the mandates of law. Quarterly, JR-P shall review policy manual to ensure that it’s up-to-date and complete.

Credit Card or Check Draft Required
Unless otherwise agreed upon, all JR-Production clients must maintain their credit card and check draft information on file at all times. This information will be used to process monthly, quarterly, and yearly fees as well as any work orders approved by the client. Any outstanding balance on your account may be charged using the information on file without notice. We provide information about any upcoming charges as well as a full transaction history that is sent via email.

Returned Checks
Returned checks or bank drafts are assessed a $35 fee if they are returned unpaid for any reason. Chargebacks or non-payment of initial fees after the first 48 hours OR after the initial consultation with a production manager will result in the cancellation of your contract.

Credit Card Chargebacks
Credit card chargebacks for legitimate account fees are assessed a $40 fee. We encourage our clients to communicate with us regarding any charges that you feel are not valid in order to issue a decision for refunding or crediting of your account. Chargebacks or non-payment of initial fees after the first 48 hours OR after the initial consultation will result in the cancellation of your contract.

Billing Disputes
For any questions regarding charges made to your credit card or bank account, please contact us immediately. We are happy to help you with any questions you may have and even happier to correct any billing errors on our part.

All refunds are processed within 30 days, and are issued by check only.

Sending unsolicited commercial email (a.k.a. "spam"), cross posting messages to a large number of USENET groups, posting obscene or threatening messages while using or referring to a JR-Production email address or web site URL is prohibited. The use of JR-Production servers as a mail drop for responses to activities described above is also prohibited. Accounts canceled due to spam will be billed a "clean up" fee of $500. All e-mail sent through our service must adhere to the following general guidelines, regardless of liberties granted by your ISP or current SPAM legislations:

Registration Forms
Our site registration forms require users to give us contact information (like their name, email, and postal address), financial information (like their bank account or credit card numbers), and demographic information (like their zip code, age, or income level).

Contact information from the registration forms is used to ship purchases and billing purposes. The client's contact information is also used to get in touch with the client when necessary. Non-clients may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.

Choice/Opt-Out
Our service only sends e-mail to paid clients of our service and those that have expressed interest in joining our database. Clients cannot opt out of e-mail communications, since all billing and client inquiries are delivered through e-mail. Non-clients may remove themselves at the bottom of the e-blast.

You can control how information about you is used.
JR-Production may from time to time send non-promotional email to all registered users of our online service for the purpose of gathering and dispersing data to provide better services to our clients and non-clients. Except for provision of additional information necessary to complete a transaction initiated by a registered user, registered users will be under no obligation to reply or answer questions in said non-promotional email. Non-promotional email may include, but will not be limited to, surveys, maintenance notices, system updates and confirmation or other notices in connection with completion of a transaction initiated by a registered user.
